Awana

We are excited to offer Awana for your children pre-school through 6th grade on Wednesdays from 5:30 – 7:15 pm and ages to Pre-K through High School.

Awana offers your child:

• Biblical Teaching
• Basics for a relationship with God
• A foundation for a biblical worldview
• Ultra-fun games and activities
• Bible memorization
• Positive friendships
• Support parents as they spiritually nurture their children
• In-club adult affirmation and encouragement
• Awards and recognition for accomplishments

Because our church believes Awana effectively contributes to shaping values, building character and providing the tools needed for your child to develop a solid, spiritual foundation, we have chosen to partner with Awana. For over 60 years Awana has been engaging in lifelong discipleship of children and the training of adults who lead them. Women’s Ministry

Our ladies have a couple of options for Bible Studies. Nicole Hostetler leads a group of ladies through a Bible Study that meets bi-weekly in the evening. Diane Britton meets with a group of ladies on a bi-weekly basis. They normally meet every other Tuesday at 10:00 am. Both groups have lesson study guides for each participant to study, preparing them for their next lesson. Studies in the past have been on books of the Bible by Nancy Leigh DeMoss Wolgemuth and Tommy Higgle. The ladies enjoy their time together as they study God’s Word and discuss how it applies to their lives. We also share prayer requests and uphold each other in prayer.
